I enjoyed the experience in Dr.Reddy's Foundation, NISIET, APPC, Velugu in training the unemployed youth under C.M.E.Y. & R.J.Y.S. I conduct EDP Programme in order to give awareness of various business opportunities, Entrepreneur Motivation, Project Preparation, Market Assessment and Financial Assistance by Government Organizations, for these programmers we invite Industrial Training Experts, Lead Bank Managers to make Successful interaction between our aspirants to clarify their doubts which help them to sharpen their creative Ideas in practice for their survival. Later I guide them to enroll their names for various Self Employment Schemes like PMRY, RJYS besides these I also look after loan process to the a With regard my duty I always maintain a rapport with industrial experts, bankers. I frequently conduct awareness programmers by inviting the experts as guest and ask them to deliver the message in order to motivate every aspirant to be come a job creator.

I focus  to offer job/employment to rural youth by linking up with various employment opportunities.
